2. Cancellations and Modifications

1. Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the hotel and will be displayed at the time of booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. If you are dissatisfied with your stay, we will make every effort to negotiate a refund with the hotel. However, the hotel is responsible for providing accommodations, and we cannot guarantee a refund or modification.

3. For non-refundable reservations, a refund is only possible if the hotel provides written approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain written consent from the hotel agreeing to amend the terms before we can process any refund.

4. If a hotel refuses to modify the terms of a non-refundable booking, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

HotelBookingZone.com serves as an online platform for booking hotel reservations. When you make a reservation, you are securing a booking at a specified hotel for a designated check-in date, check-out date, and number of guests.

4. User Responsibilities

1. You must ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate, including guest count, check-in, and check-out dates.

2. You are responsible for adhering to the hotel’s policies, such as check-in procedures, cancellation terms, and any additional charges imposed by the hotel.

5. Limitations of Responsibility

1. HotelBookingZone.com acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel. Our role is to confirm that the reservation is available for use on the specified check-in date for the stated number of guests.

2. We are not responsible for any aspects of your hotel stay, including but not limited to cleanliness, amenities, service quality, or the accuracy of hotel descriptions. Any issues with your stay should be addressed directly with the hotel.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HotelBookingZone.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to your use of our site or your hotel stay, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation through our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
